• Customer/account code used to identify your UNSEEN account.
• Platform account identifiers for services such as Telegram or Messenger, stored internally and protected.
• Plan, order, payment review, subscription status, quota, and expiry metadata.
• Payment evidence screenshots if you choose to upload them for manual review.
• Support messages and operational notes needed to help you.
• Technical and security logs used to protect the service and investigate abuse or errors.

How We Use Information

• Provide subscriptions, account status, QR delivery, and support.
• Process orders and manual payment review.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Meet accounting, dispute handling, security, and administrative obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information to advertisers. Limited service processors and platforms may be used to deliver messages, operate the website, review payments, or provide the subscription service. Payment evidence is reviewed by authorized admins only.

Subscription Delivery

VPN QR/subscription delivery is owner-only. Raw subscription tokens and links are not intentionally stored in public documents or public logs. Customer-facing delivery is handled through protected operational flows.

Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the service, support, security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We use access controls and private storage for sensitive operational records, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
